We lay porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tiling for gardens, terraces, driveways, forecourts and interiors. Every job starts with the substrate: excavation, hardcore, a reinforced concrete or screed base and correct falls so water runs away from the building.
Tiles are laid on a full slurry-primed bed with consistent joints, cut cleanly at edges and thresholds, then grouted and sealed for a hard-wearing finish that stays flat and stable through London winters.

A tired rear garden with a broken decked area was cleared and rebuilt as a full-width porcelain patio. We formed a new concrete base with falls away from the house, laid large-format sand-toned porcelain tiles on a slurry bed, then grouted and cleaned down to leave a level, low-maintenance terrace running straight off the rear doors.
The overgrown front garden of a commercial building was excavated and replaced with a silver-grey Indian sandstone forecourt in a random coursed pattern. We installed linear channel drainage along the pavement wall, rebuilt levels for step-free access to each entrance, and finished with pointed joints for a durable, professional street frontage.
As part of a full property renovation we tiled the entrance hall and ground floor circulation in large-format porcelain. Old boards and uneven screed were levelled and primed, tiles were set out from the doorway with laser-checked lines and levelling clips, and the run was finished with a dark trim edge and matching threshold into the rear of the house.
A compact beamed cottage kitchen fitted with polished marble-effect porcelain floor tiles and matching large-format splashback panels behind the hob, sink and worktops. Tiles were cut around the doorway, appliances and level changes, then grouted with a close-matched joint so the floor and walls read as one continuous surface.
