A complete bathroom refit taken back to bare walls, re-boarded and tanked before tiling. Large-format grey wall tiles were set with levelling clips and spacers to guarantee a flat, even face, with new pipework, waste runs and lighting positions set out before the ceiling panelling and sanitaryware went in.
A striking black-and-white scheme pairing gloss black metro tiles around the bath with marble-effect tiling above. The patterned encaustic-style floor adds character while the new inset bath was fully levelled and sealed ready for boxing.
A completed shower room finished in large-format marble-effect porcelain with a full-height sliding enclosure. Brushed gold brassware, a backlit mirror cabinet and heated towel rails were installed alongside a compact vanity unit and concealed extraction.
