Our roofing teams handle everything from full flat roof rebuilds to precision roof lantern and skylight installations. Existing coverings are stripped back, decks and joists are checked and replaced where needed, and insulation is upgraded to current standards before the new covering goes on.
Every detail is worked through carefully — upstands, kerbs, flashings, drips and abutments are dressed and sealed so the finished roof stays watertight for the long term, with glazing lines set out square and level.

A large pitched aluminium roof lantern was installed over a newly formed rear roof opening, with the surrounding kerb clad in matching anthracite trims. We formed the timber kerb, dressed the membrane and flashings into the existing tiled roof, and set the glazing bars perfectly square before sealing every junction. The result is a bright, fully weathertight rooflight above the new room below.
A failing rear flat roof was stripped back to the joists, re-insulated and completely rebuilt. New firrings and OSB decking were laid to falls, a seamless GRP fibreglass covering was applied, and fresh rooflights and a glazed lantern were fitted into purpose-built kerbs. The finished roof is warm, well-drained and maintenance-free for decades.
