A new pitched-roof porch built onto the front of the property, replacing an open brick entrance with a fully enclosed, insulated lobby. Works included brickwork and blockwork, a new tiled pitched roof, rendering, uPVC door and window units and full weathering details.
A full wrap-around rear extension with flat roof structure, bi-fold glazing and a detached garden room built in the same phase. We handled the blockwork, structural timber and OSB roof deck, GRP waterproofing, rendering, aluminium bi-folds and the porcelain paved steps, patio and pathway.
A structural refurbishment of a large period home, including steel beam installation, partial roof strip and a new timber-framed first-floor extension. The existing roof was carefully opened up and tied into the new structure, with the property fully scaffolded and weather-protected throughout.
A structural roof replacement on an older London property, where the original rafters, dormer and timber frame had deteriorated beyond repair. We stripped the roof back to the frame, installed new treated timber rafters, joists and steel support, then rebuilt and sheathed the dormer ready for tiling. The property was fully scaffolded and temporary-roofed throughout so works continued safely in all weather.
A ground-up commercial extension on a town-centre corner plot, built from structural steel and facing brickwork through to a fully glazed aluminium shopfront. Works covered steelwork installation, blockwork and brickwork, a timber flat-roof deck with OSB and GRP covering, internal render and floor preparation. The completed unit now presents a clean, modern frontage onto the street with a durable warm-roof structure above.
